About Timperley (Near Altrincham)
Timperley is a popular part of the south Manchester commuter belt, providing easy access to both the city centre, the airport and the M56 and the M60 motorways. Park Gate has the additional advantage of being a mere two minutes walk from the Metrolink, which during peak times provides direct service to the centre of Manchester every six minutes. All comprehensive shopping needs are catered for by the nearby town centre of Altrincham, with the Broadheath Retail Park only a mile away, and additionally the development also lies only a few miles away from the Trafford Centre.
Park Gate is an easy walk from nearby parkland, and a row of shops opposite contains various convenient local amenities, with Timperley village a short walk away. Additionally, the borough of Trafford is renowned for its excellent educational facilities.
